2121 Holland Rd is a residence near Lover's Lake in Hawkins, Indiana. "Reefer Rick" Lipton, who frequently supplied drugs to Eddie Munson, normally lived there.
History[]
In March 1986, Reefer Rick is in prison. Eddie Munson hides in the house (and also in the nearby boathouse) from the police and also from Jason Carver. Jason, who believes that Eddie is responsible for the death of Chrissy Cunningham, is hunting Eddie with the help of members of the Hawkins High School basketball team.
