Larry Kline, portrayed by Cary Elwes, is a recurring character that will be introduced in the third season of Stranger Things.
He is the mayor of Hawkins. Sometime in 1985, his office announced the construction of Hawkins' first premium shopping center, the Starcourt Mall. [1]
