Jeremy Higgins, better known as Mr. Higgins, is a secondary antagonist in Stranger Things: Flight of Icarus. He was the principal of Hawkins High School in the mid 1980s.

Background[]
At some point, Higgins became the principal of Hawkins High School. He succeeded another principal who left the role in 1983 or 1984.
1984[]
Higgins held a dislike towards Eddie Munson, believing that he started two fights which were actually started by Tommy H. The first time he told him to think about his future and said he was a bad influence. However, the second time, he said he was shutting down Hellfire Club due to the controversy. He even told Eddie he should drop out due to all the trouble he was causing. He did, but after losing his chance to move to California, Higgins refused to take him back. However, Eddie revealed that he knew Higgins was taking Benadryl for the heck of it. This left Higgins speechless as he had no choice but to let Eddie and Hellfire stay.[1]

Eddie mentioned his dislike of Higgins on the day of Hellfire's "Cult of Vecna" D&D campaign.[2]

Higgins is described at one point as wearing khakis and brown tassel loafers.
