An Eleven skin was added to Smite on July 13, 2021 along with other characters including Hopper, The Demogorgon, and The Mind Flayer to Smite. While Eleven is not her own character in the game, she is a Skin for the character Scylla. When purchasing, players got an instant boost, you have to level up to get these skins and items. When you get to Level 33, you get the Eleven Loading Screen, at Level 40, you get the Eleven Announcer Pack, when you get to Level 42, you get the Eleven avatar, at Level 60 you get the Eleven Scylla Skin, and at Level 60 you get the Starcourt Eleven Scylla Skin.
