It has to be the Mind Flayer for me. That thing is pure nightmare fuel — massive, shadowy, and always lurking just out of reach. It’s not just scary because of how it looks, but the way it manipulates and controls everything, like it’s playing a giant game of chess with Hawkins. Vecna’s terrifying too, but the Mind Flayer feels almost godlike in how it operates.
I’m most looking forward to Chapter Six- Escape From Camazotz. The title alone has me buzzing — ‘Camazotz’ is a loaded Mythos reference (bat god in Mayan myth) and in the context of Stranger Things it screams “we’re going deep into weirdness.” Plus, being the sixth episode, it marks a major turning point (after Shock Jock’s setup) before the season builds toward the finale. I expect big reveals, big stakes — yep, this is the one.
It’s gotta be the Christmas lights scene 💡. That moment was so eerie and emotional — Joyce trying to talk to Will through the wall, and the way she used the lights to communicate... it just hit me. It was the perfect mix of horror and heart, and it set the tone for how far a mom would go to save her kid.
