Henry Creel/001/Vecna (possibly): Due to the fact that Dr. Martin Brenner used his blood to give birth to Eleven and many children.

Dr. Martin Brenner: He raised Eleven and the other kids in a laboratory and experimented on them, just like he did to 001, even they call him Papa.

Jim Hopper: He was hiding Eleven to protect her from the government, even shared so many stuff with her, he was a true father figure to Eleven, when he "died” he wrote a letter telling how much he loves her as his daughter, and not only saved Hawkins from the Mind Flayer, but also his daughter.

Imagine these creature in Stranger Things as Tharizdun, because the latter is a long-forgotten interloper god in Dungeons & Dragons franchise, originating from Oerth who sought to destroy all that is. He is also behind the Abyss' creation.

I imagine him as a creature who gave Henry’s powers, the fact that he wants to escape the Upside Down and uses Vecna as the key for his escape.

I based Tharizdun’s design on both the concept art and final design of the Dweller-in-Darkness from Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
