They say they keep it because “it was a style of the 80s.”I’ve seen a lot of movies set in the 80s and not a single person especially past the age of 16 even has that kind of hairstyle..
When he couldn’t get a hold of her through the radio and the others assumed Dustin made her up, he continue trying to reach out to her, even though everybody was gone. Like why would he continue doing that if she was fake?
I think it’s best if Mike never knows. He’s straight and deeply in love with Eleven and he sees Will as more of a brother. They’ll end up destroying what they already have.
The way he was acting all resentful when he saw El and him together, i’ve seen that kind of look and behavior, before, it’s not that of feeling left out of a friendship but seeing your crush with someone else.

Not unless she’s absolutely sure that she’s into girls. Just because a girl is lesbian or bi and has a crush on another girl doesn’t mean they’re guaranteed to feel the same way.

The way he was being one of those overprotective Dads towards Mike and El’s relationship and the way he kept calling Alexei “Smirnoff”
