So i thought i would write this for all the stranger things fans looking forward to the new season. So this is everything i have heard, seen or read about season 4 :) Hope you enjoy.
1) As the majority of you know Hopper is alive and in Russia
2) Millie bobby brown and sadie sink have reuninted
3) Millie Bobby brown is currently in atlanta (one of the main filming locations of Stranger Things)
4) There are lots of new characters:
Eddie: portrayed by Joseph Quinn. Will be a main character. He is the leader of the Hellfire Club, the official D&D club of Hawkins High School.
Vickie: A cool, fast talking band nerd who catches the eye of one of our beloved heroes. (many people think vickie and robin will be a thing as robin is also a band nerd). Will be portrayed by AmyBeth Mcnulty (who plays Anne in Anne with an E - another tv show on netflix)
Patrick: A basketball player at hawkins whose life spirals 'out of control'. (many people think this will be lucas's new friend). Portayed by Myles Truitt
Ms Kelly: A guidance counselor. Portrayed by Regina Ting Chen
Chrissy: A cheerleader, who has a 'dark secret'. Played by Grace Van Dien
Eduardo Franco: a fun-loving stoner, pizza delivery boy and Jonathan's new best friend
5) Two mini trailers have been released for seaosn 4, and we are expecting another two.

6) In trailer 2, you see two kids playing chess. People believe that is eleven and will. Due to the fact the kid closest to the camera has two moles the same spots noah schnapp has his moles. However this isn't confirmed.
7) We know this season is going to be the darkest and scariest yet. In addition to this we know it is going to feauture hawkins lab due to the trailer
8) Natalia dyer (nancy wheeler) and Maya Hawke(Robin) have been seen filming together at downtown Hawkins (the set for it)
9) A theory:
when will and el leave hawkins, the party breaks up. Mike and dustin make friends with this guy called eddie and become part of the hellfire club (which is basically another party). Lucas becomes popular and plays basketball causing him to become a bit of a jerk.
10) in the 'eleven are you listening trailer' people think that scene is eleven dreaming possibly at school or just at her new house with the byers.
11) People have found that they have filmed in the middle of a small lake near Stone Mountain GA . People have said that the lake scene will involve a car being driven into/crashing into a lake.
12) There will be a lot of school scenes in seaosn 4
13) Army tents have been seen outside the school.
14) There is going to be a birthday scene possibly. and a new small kid has been casted as a boy named caz.
