Basically impossible. They wrap the filming production in August (I don't know when) which means they'll have one and maybe a half month to do it. Unless they work day and night non stop it could be possible I think.

First of all three months passed since the "surgery".

Second I think it would somehow effected Eleven since its been inside of her for that long. I guess it could be possible, but I'm not sure.
