Why Will was
So interested
In a fan
And if you go back and watch the scene, like you see he's REALLY into it...and I don't understand
There's nothing wrong it's just funny
So i was thinking about this last night as i was rewatching Stranger Things for the like 100th time.
But this thought randomly came too me and i wonder what yall think!
So what if Suzie is actually working with the russians that are on the other side of the upside down?
Like think about it, she has a radio system like Dustin’s and she doesn't have electricity (which could be bc she is morman, but at the same time it could have just been a cover).
And then also in the season finale of 3, when Dustin is trying to get Plank’s constant from her, she tells him that she wants to hear him sing Never Ending Story, which to me i think she was stalling.
And also we know that at that point in the series Dustin hadn’t been able to contact her in weeks! like ever since they left camp! so either her radio system wasnt working or as my theory goes, she was helping the russians with something!
Because with them taking the time to sing never ending story, that is why Hopper has to sacrifice himself bc the Russians found out that they were there.
What do yall think? again like i said just a theory, but i want too know yall thoughts!
Suzie has been secretly keeping in contact with her boyfriend Dusty Bun for three months. But their radio transmissions could be overheard by Suzie's strictly religious parents if she isn't careful. Can young love survive across the airwaves? Find out in this one shot about Suzie and her Duzie Secret.

YAY! I wrote a Duzie fanfic!
I am going to be rewatching season 3 anyways, so I'm organizing a rewatch of episode 1 (Suzie, Do You Copy)
It will be on Scener, the link with the info is in the chat
I ask with all sincerity, and urgency that we act in tandem in regard to the following ideas (or those you individually see fit).
FIRST: BE SO KIND TO WATCH A DEVICE CAPABLE OF SHORT DURATION REWIND AND CLOSED CAPTIONING AND WATCH THE ENTIRE SCENE IN, “ THE BITE” AT THE FUN FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are temporal shifts if I am perceiving correctly, or the editing has fallen to a low ebb at that position in the series.
READ EVERY LETTER AND WORD UPON THE ANIMAL PRIZES AT THE BALLOON/DART BOOTH. ALEXEI IS IN GRAND GESTURE AND BLATANT UTTERANCE PROVIDED A FOURTH DART AND FIFTH DART.
YES, YES, YES, HE HAD 15 (IMPORTANT?) TICKETS, BUT IF IT IS ONLY THREE DARTS PER PLAY AS IS STATED ON A SIGN IN THE BOOTH, AND IN POINT BELOW,HIS ACCUMULATION WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE DUE TO THE RULES OF THE GAME.
THERE ARE THREE LARGE SIGNS ABOVE A GREEN STRIP OF PANALING UPON THE UPPER MIDDLE REAR OF THE BOOTH. THE GREEN SIGN IN THE SHAPE OF A BALLOON STATES 3 DARTS FOR 25C.
THE CARNIVAL GAME WORKER IS MALE, AND HIS APRON MAY HAVE MEANING IN REGARD TO THE COLOR PATTERN OF BALLOONS EMBROIDERED THERE.
“THREE GREEN! AND HERE’S DART NUMBER FOUR,” NEXT BALLON POPPED ALSO GREEN, “ONE MORE FOR THE BIG PRIZE,” ALSO GREEN. 5 green, 2 Extra chances!
The obscured red ballon sign to the right states basically, “ 25 for one day.” 25 WHAT? Minutes, age?
AS ALEXEI APPROACHES MURRAY AFTER HIS PURCHASE OF THE CORN DOGS There are divergent repetitions of the physical positions, and actions of the same extra character actors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A TEENAGE BOY IN A RED SPORTS JEARSY AND RED HEAD TIE (a-la Kirate Kid) walks past Alexei in the opposite direction back towards the ballon/dart area.
ALEXEI CALLS OUT, “It’s not rigged!” AND A BRUNETTE GIRL WITH A WHITE BACKED SHIRT, BLUE UPPER SLEVES, RED UPPER FRONT IN RED CONVERSE SHOES WALKS IN FRONT OF MURRAY TO THE RIGHT LOOKING AT ALEXEI, followed not far behind by a simarly dressed girl, WHO IS BLONDE.
ALEXEI REPEATS THAT THE GAME IS NOT RIGGED AND GRIGORI IS SPOTTED AT DISTANCE FAR LEFT
A COUPLE, WOMAN WITH SHORT MAROON SHORTS AND WHITE SHOULDER BAG, AND A MAN WITH UNBUTTONED YELLOW SHIRT PASS IN FRONT OF GRIGORI
TIME SLOWS
AS GRIGORI IS NOW UPON ALEXEI, TIME NEARLY STOPS:
THE FIRST GIRL IN RED, WHITE AND BLUE IS WITH HER FRIEND PROCEDEING TO THE RIGHT PASSING MURRAY NOW TOGETHER LAUGHING FROM THE INITIAL POSITION NEAR THE FOOD BOOTH.
THE TEENAGE BOY WITH RED HEADBAND IS ONLY SLIGHTLY IN FRONT OF THEIR POSITION WITHIN THE BACKGROUND WITH A FRIEND IN RED JEARSY WITH WHITE STAR ON SLEEVE WALKING LEFT.
THE MAN AND WOMAN (couple) are now behind Grigori moving from the same initial position and direction, right, again!
AS MURRY LEAVES ALEXEI BETWEEN TWO TENTS TO SEEK AID HE PASSES THE BOOTH WHERE THE DART/BALLOON GAME IS LOCATED
THERE ARE LESS LARGE PRIZES, THE SIGNS THAT WERE ABOVE THE GREEN PANNALING UPON THE UPPER CENTER OF THE WALL ARE SEEMINGLY ABSENT, AND THE PERSON WORKING THE GAME IS NOW FEMALE.
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WATCH THE WHOLE SEASON WITH THE SOUND OFF AND CLOSED CAPTIONS!!!!!!!!
JUST AS MUTING A HORROR OR SENTIMENTAL FILM MAY REDUCE AFFECT, IT ALSO ALLOWS ONE NOT TO BE DISTRACTED INITIALLY BY THE NOISE OF THE FUN FAIR. WATCHING THE SCENE AGAIN WITH THE SOUND ON THEN ALLOWS FOR A LAYERING OF NEW PERSPECTIVES, OBSERVATIONS, AND INTERESTING INSIGHTS.
The very first lyrics to the to the song “Never Surrender,” as Eleven and Mike make out and Mike sings along, much to El’s cringing ays it all. Read the captions, or listen!

Hey, a space is open. Let’s open the two folding chairs behind the dinette and take a seat!
I have always admired Hopper for the way he cares for Eleven. Playing board games every night sounds like a great way to connect with a daughter who has been denied caring for the majority of her life.
Hopper’s coming back from the kitchen with a red box. What game is that? Oh, we know that one, Spill & Spell! You know, kinda like Scribbage, or Scrabble. They keep it near the flash light behind where he sits. Mike has the same game’s shaking cup in the basement near the lamp, behind the cow’s bum. Hopper’s awesome. He’s been building El’s vocabulary!
OK, here we go. The rules say we square the number of letter dice (such as the four in El’s room, “MIKE”) for each word we form, any unused dice are added up, squared and subtracted from points we have made.
Hopper lets El go first, as is only proper. She shakes the cup and rolls the dice! Wow, that’s going to take a bit of time. Watch, watch, she’s building up the words. HEART, TO, HEART, STAY, CALM, ALL. Grief, she did great. ALL the dice were used so she scored 95 points!
Hopper’s roll. (LISTEN, BREATHE). OK, not too bad. Let’s see, he scored 72 points, but subtracts 9 for not using 3 dice. He scored 63 points.
The game went great, but Eleven still wants to hang out. Cool. Hop’s been showing her all sorts of things to help her learn about the world. Whats she got there? An atlas. OK? She starts flipping through the pages and stops at Soviet Russia. Hopper must have mentioned Murray again recently. What’s she up to? More games, she put her fingers on 63N latitude and 95E longitude and draws them together. What is this, Battleship?
Uchami village, Evenkiysky District, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. They have some info on the side of the page. Hey, it looks like, “ When blue and yellow meet in the West.” A sun setting over the sea. Neat! A lot of the towns and districts in Krasnoyarsk Krai have really awesome flags and Coats of arms. El’s flipping through the pages showing us and Hop all of her favorites!
Hold up! She shoves the atlas at our faces to show us the flag of Irbeysky District. Look at that Eurasian Lynx! I’d hate to be pounced on when, “The silver cat feeds.”
Still going she points out a neat one. The flag of Taymyr Autonomous Okrug. What is that? A compass? That bird looks like a Red Necked Grebe. They migrate from Russia to China during the winter. I bet, “A trip to China sounds nice,” when it gets that cold!
Another one! Good lord! We’re going to be up all night! The Coat of arms for the town of Uzhur is a locomotive wheel with wings. Back in the kitchen we hear Hopper explain that where the wheel meets the track is called the tread, something he recalls from when more trains came through Hawkins. With those wings I imagine you could have a smooth ride, “if you tread lightly.”
Sunrise! We’ve been at this all night! The smell of breakfast is coming from the kitchen, when El seeing something upon a page drops the atlas and runs to the newspaper kindling near the wood stove. Grabbing a paper she runs back to the couch. Hop rushes to us having seen the commotion. Placing the copy of the Journal Tribune alongside the atlas we all lean in and scrutinize the similarities between the Coat of arms on the paper’s header, and the town Coat of arms for Yeniseysk. Hopper frowns, mumbling something about calling Murray.
Hop calls us all to the table. The last thing we notice as we set down the atlas is a note on traditional holidays such as “Pancake Week,” which lasts 8 days! Three inch high stacks of blini (pancakes) would be needed when, “The week is long.” Sitting down to a breakfast of triple-decker Eggo extravaganzas we dig in, hoping that we will always be able to come back together even if a takes a little while.
NOTE: During 1985 Soviet Russia operated two of the world’s largest hydroelectric dams, both of which were located in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
Krasnoyarsk Dam, which was fully operational by April 1971 is still capable of generating 6GW daily, 18.4TWh yearly. Krasnoyarsk Dam is roughly 253 km north of Yeniseysk, and 486 km north of Sayano-Shushenskaya Dam.
Sayano-Shushenskaya Dam, which was fully operational by 1985 is still capable of generating 6.4GW daily, 23.5TWh yearly. Sayano-Shushenskaya Dam is roughly 361 km south of Yeniseysk.
