Hey guys I’ve been thinking about Dustin’s point of view

Of season 3, I think about it sometimes I just never

Third season how did you all feel about the way

Dustin got treated by his friends at the beginning of

Season 3? I felt really sad. His friends should of been

With him instead of leaving him alone trying to contact

Suzie they should of been happy that he actually found

A girlfriend instead of denying him. I mean Dustin had to

Go to Steve and tell him everything because his friends weren’t

There I know that Dustin probably forgave them after the

Scoops Troop and the Griswold group got back together I mean

Dustin was trying to kind of forgive Mike on the walkie talkie in

The movie theater even though Mike couldn’t hear him.

(please don't spoil anything for me! i'm currently on s3 e2, and i really don't want to ruin the rest of the show for me, thanks - for people who haven't watched that far, spoiler warning)

I personally think (as far as i can tell) that they seemed to have a healthy relationship up until hopper decided to mess with their relationship because he was protective over eleven, which makes sense, (tangent, i think he has paranoia from when his daughter, sarah, died of cancer, which is completely understandable, but that probably bled into a partial reason as to why he's so protective over el) however, i feel like that the dynamic between mike and eleven was a little flimsy (again, can't blame them, they're a first-time couple, as well as hormonal teenagers lmao) which is why it was so easy to sway, however, had hopper not intervened, i think they would have found a way to work it out better naturally over time. so, basically, i felt that their breakup was bound to happen eventually, but the way hopper severed it too soon before it was over reminded me of cutting a budding flower before it's done growing :(

Season 1: Fall 1983 (concludes in winter)

Season 2: Fall 1984 (concludes in winter)

Season 3: Summer 1985 (concludes in fall)

Season 4: Spring 1986 (concludes still in spring)

I wonder if season 5 will possibly take place during winter 1987 or 1988? Maybe not, but interesting to think about.

There are so many more scenes that are still very emotional but these are just a few that hit my heart really hard!

Please no hate this is just my opinion!

What is the dynamic between these characters and how well do they know each other as well as interact?

Just wondering because i don’t think most of these pairs interact or barely even know each other nor have any opinion
