Dacre Montgomery

So, I’ve been wanting to do this for a while, but I never wanted to sound rude or selfish because I’ve done something similar on another app, and people took it the wrong way, but please continue to read, because I think you may find it interesting! Once again, I don’t want anyone to think I’m bragging, because I’m not trying too, I just think it is interesting and want to share it with you guys!!!

So, I am going to rank the 11 cast members that I have met based on my personal experience with them, so of course, if anyone else has met any of them, they could have a very different opinion based on the situation, but this is mine.

Quick background info: So I met all of these cast members at 2 different Stranger Cons. At Stranger Con, you can pay to get a photo and/or autograph with each person and each person also does a 40 minute Q&A onstage if you want to ask questions. You can not record or take pictures during your photo or autograph time though, so I don’t have any pictures during that except the picture I actually took with the cast and the autographs I got (which I may post the pictures and just blur my face out if anyone wants to see), but I also have a bunch of pictures of all of them during their Q&As if anyone wants to see! But during the photo and autograph You aren’t really given any time to talk to the Person, because the workers rush you to make sure they have time for everyone, but I did get to say a few words to each of them. Now onto the rankings (which will probably surprise you)!!

**THIS IS ALSO NO HATE TO ANY OF THE CAST MEMEBRS! I LOVED ALL OF THEM THAT I MET**

1.) Chester Rushing (Tommy H.) - I know, most of you have no idea who Chester even is, but he is literally the nicest person in the world! The first time I met him was in 2019 and I only got an autograph, but during the autograph my mom went with me and he ended up having like a full 5 minute conversation with us, even though he was being rushed. I met him again in October 2022 and got a picture and autograph this time and once again he was so sweet, even though I typically feel awkward around people, he made it so much better and he even started crying during the Q&A because he got so emotional talking about being able to be an actor and inspire people, which showed how much he really cares! So if you’ve never seen him before, you should definitely find videos and you’ll see why he is so amazing!

2.) Mason Dye (Jason Carver) - I’ll just say that Mason is the exact opposite of his character. He was so sweet and kind. During the picture, when I was walking off after taking it, a worker told me I needed to redo it, I’m assuming something just didn’t work, so when I went back, he was like, “what the heck happened” and was just like laughing and joking around which I loved. Then when I went to get my autograph after, he remembered me and talked about how good the picture turned out. He is now one of my favorite cast members!!!

3.) Shannon Purser (Barb Holland) - I just love her! She was so sweet and welcoming during the photo, she was hugging a bunch of people and had a smile on her face the whole time. During the autograph, she complimented my shirt, which is why she is so high on this list, because she actually looked up and cared enough to talk to me!

4.) Francesca Reale (Heather Holloway) - This was actually her fist ever convention, so I could tell she was nervous and originally I didn’t buy a photo ticket for her, but after her Q&A, I knew I had to. She was super sweet and nice. During the autograph she asked if I got everything I wanted and had a good day, which I thought was sweet. Also if you don’t know what she looks like now, she is so pretty!

5.) Raphael Luce (Young Henry Creel) - He was definitely one of the sweetest people ever. He seemed kind of shy, which I understand considering how young he is compared to people he was meeting. But during the autograph, he actually took his time signing it and writing my name, which I thought was really sweet.

6.) Priah Ferguson (Erica Sinclair) - I also met her in 2019, so she was really young and I could tell she was nervous, but I was also nervous because she was the first celebrity I had ever met, but I think it worked out when we were together. Also during the autograph my mom was telling her how she had grown up compared to the pictures they had for them to sign. And she was super sweet and was just saying thank you!

7.) Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair) - I’ll just say Caleb is so underrated!! He was so sweet during the photo and autograph and I just love him so much! (There’s really nothing else to say)

8.) Dacre Montgomery (Billy Hargrove) -I’ve been obsessed with him since season 2 came out (not because Billy, because he’s such a great actor), so the fact that I got to meet him was amazing. Like Caleb, there really isn’t much else to say except when he signed the photo, he included d (aka kiss kiss) which I just thought was sweet!

9.) Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven) - Now, when I met her in 2019, I was obsessed!!! And of course she was nice and was even dancing during the photos and just having fun. I was only able to say a few words to her during the autograph though, which I completely understand because she had a lot to sign.

10.) Gabriella Pizzolo (Suzie Bingham) - Gabby was really sweet and nice during the Q&A and my photo, the only reason she is low on the list is because everyone else at least say hi during the autograph, but she didn’t, which is ok.

11.) Noah Scnapp (Will Byers) - I only put him last because he didn’t say a single word to me the whole time. And I understand because it is very rushed, but usually during the autograph, they will look at you and say thank you or something similar, but he didn’t even look at me during the autograph, which is the only reason he is last. I still love him so much though!

He officially announced at a comic con in October that Billy is repeating the racism and homophobia that he learned from his father. So yes, he’s a racist. It’s 1000% official now.

(Would’ve thought Caleb and the Duffers, alongside, Runaway Max, confirming it would be enough).

Today Dacre Mongomery is turning 28 and Jamie Campbell Bower is turning 34!!!! I love them both so much, they are both 2 of my favorite actors and I was very grateful to have been able to meet Dacre recently. He was extremely nice and I hope to also meet Jamie one day! They are both incredible actos who deserve so much love and recognition! I hope they both have an amazing birthday!

Who else finds it ridiculous people hate on Caleb McLaughlin and Mason Dye but simp for Dacre Montgomery and Jamie Campbell Bower? I was thinking about what users like @Ringoisking and @UpChurch said and noticed yeah, Caleb got real life hate for being “mean to Eleven.” Mason got attacked for Jason’s actions.

But then Dacre and Jamie get swarmed in public even though their characters were legitimate monsters.

I read somewhere that Billy's tragic past was partly Dacre's idea. Apparently, Dacre is not too fond of playing monster characters. Not sure if this is true.

Since the actors only wore wigs, would the actors actually look good if they grew their hair that way?

if I told y'all that I'm downbad for billy hargrove/dacre montgomery like downbad to the point i read fanfictions of him (only of billy not dacre), and cried once over a fanfic and planning on making a billy fanfic 🐱

Happy Birthday to Dacre Montgomery (Billy)! I love him so much and he is very underrated so I thought I would post this for him!! He turned 27 today! 😁😁🥳🥳

I watched Godzilla: King of the Monsters last night (and the first movie) and even Millie Bobby Brown couldn’t save that movie, although she wasn’t a problem, the rest of the human characters were so boring. I’m gonna watch the 2017 Power Rangers movie tonight, but was wondering if there’s any other movies I should give a watch?
