Note: This is my opinion on the show as a whole, not a specific episode or season.
So, here are my opinions on the show. The cast and acting is PHENOMENAL, especially Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Sadie Sink, Winona Ryder, David Harbour Joe Kerry, Joseph Quinn, Jamie Campbell Bower and, of course, Millie Bobby Brown! What I enjoy about Stranger Things is the 80s nostalgia. I was not born in the 80s, but I always feel a wave of nostalgia from that decade. It feels as if I traveled back in time into a totally different decade! Also, the soundtrack is really awesome! The songs, like the show, make me feel as if a wave of nostalgia just washed over me. What I also like about it is the visual effects for the creatures from The Upside Down. What I also enjoy about the show is the theme of friendship, and the fact that the show isn't afraid to deal with serious topics and issues affecting today's youth, such as mental health issues, mental illness, sexism, bullying, struggling to come out of the closet and losing a loved one. But what I really enjoy about Stranger Things is that it teaches viewers some important morals: be yourself, stand up for what you believe in and most importantly, never give up.
I know that is really long and it's a mouthful, but these are all my opinions on the show and what I enjoy about it! ❤️
