I never realized 😭😭😭😭

I only noticed it once in season 1 - and the screams from El and the Demogorgon seemed to be causing all 3 of the boys to cover their ears.

No it happened a bunch. In season two he turns, covers his ears and shuts his eyes because will was being hurt
