@Durga1239 2. It doesn’t matter that he didn’t seriously injure Hopper. The principle of Mike punching him when he did nothing wrong is just bad, whether or not Hopper was badly injured. Hopper did a great thing. Mike should be thanking him for protecting El, not punching him.
3. I’m not saying Will is a good character, I’m just saying that Mike is a bad character
Again, he was extremely emotional at the moment, and plus, Hopper hadn't explained to him yet.
Okay... and I have yet to find a valid reason why he's a bad character.
@Durga1239 it still doesn’t give him the right to punch him but ok.
Wdym u don’t see how he’s bad? What about the reasons that I’ve stated? He was bad to Eleven and Will! And also, he was extremely disrespectful to Max for no reason.
If u still like him after all this then idk what to say lol
You do you ig
Anyway this arguement is gettting kinda pointless so im kinda done
Still haven't gotten a valid reason as to why he was unjustifiedly bad to El and Will. As for Max, she replaced Eleven in the Party, which is why he was annoyed at her, but okay, I understand that that's not good of course, but it's nowhere near enough to call him a bad character imo. Besides, let's not forget that Max was stupidly annoying in season 2.
@Durga1239 1. i already said. He lied to Eleven, was a bad influence on her, and completely shut down Will. 2. Max was only annoying when she felt that Dustin and Lucas were stalking her, which they kinda were. Once she got to know them, she was very kind and understanding. She wasn’t trying to replace eleven. She was simply another member of the party. And even after she got to know them really well, Mike was still extremely rude to her, and kept rubbing it in that she wasn’t post of their party
All of which I already said why they're not valid reasons to hate on him.
Um, no, she was annoying after she joined the Party, like refusing to let the boys have a private discussion.
Also, I thought you were "kinda done"?
@Durga1239 it wasn’t that she wouldn’t let the boys have a private discussion. It was just that she just joined the party, and they didn’t let her into their conversation, which is an extremely annoying thing to do, especially for someone who just joined their group. I honestly felt really bad for Max in that scene because of how left out she must have felt.
Anyway I think we should just agree to disagree bc this discussion has been going on for WAY too long
It's not annoying at all and it was really immature of Max. The boys were friends for much longer than Max was with them, they're allowed to have conversations in private even if they're so nice as to let her in the Party.
@Durga1239 it really just depends from whose perspective you see the situation from. But anyway, Can we please end this debate? It’s been going on for like 30 messages
Sure bestie <3
What do you think?
