I dont like either of them really (jonathan is finally turning out alright it just took forever for me to like him because of the whole stalker part of it) but lets be real, Billy would beat him to a pulp
Jonathan won his fight with Steve because Steve was pissing him off and pushing him. Billy is stronger, more aggressive and Jonathan wouldn't stand a chance
