Steve Harrington is overrated.

Yes, he's a great character who's developed a lot since the first season, but he's just... idk he's just a guy. He's done plenty to redeem himself for the crap he pulled in the first season. I don't have a reason to hate him, but so many other characters are just better in my opinion.

2. Victor and Virginia Creel weren't good people

This is more speculation than anything, but parents have a bigger impact on a child's life than a lot of people might think. And I know what Victor did in the war was accidental and civilian causalities in war isn't uncommon. But how badly did Victor and his wife mess up as parents to end up with a psycho mass murderer for a son?

3. Kali/008 is an unnecessary addition

We never see her again after those two episodes she was in and then, poof. She is an interesting character... in concept.

4. The haircut need to go

Will's hair needs to go. Nothing else. Shave it off, cut it shorter, grow it out, but please lose the bowl cut.

5. Demo-creatures are predators, not vermin that need to be extinguished

Demo-creatures are meat eaters, yes. But you don't exterminate a group of lions because they eat a gazelle. Same goes for the creatures of the upside down. I'm not saying I don't hate them for killing beloved character's but Dart exists, so there's good in the dimension. And it seemed relatively peaceful before 001 crashed.

IMO

1. They are personal preferences and obviously there is always a favorite character or characters in a series. Steve has been a huge part and the reason that various characters are alive. I can understand the fans loving him (myself included).

2. Ok, you can be mad at your parents (with Victor) but kill your mom? and kill your sis? I don't know, that's from a psychopathic mind and ironically the only one "alive" is Victor.

1) Thats preference which differs from person to person. He's great but other characters are somethings negleted.

2) Why they bad?

3) She will come in S5, hopefully. Great extension just bad timing.

4) Again depends on people. Its ok but need to see a change.

Yeah, there are other characters better than him, of course, Steve ranks number 11 in my character ranking, but I think he appeals to so much of the fandom because of his relationship with the Party and Robin.
We really don't have any evidence for condemning the Creels as bad people---yes parents do have a big role because their upbringing influences their children's futures, but even in fictional work parents' actions don't always lead to their offspring being bad (out-of-universe example Percy Weasley from Harry Potter)
Kali should definitely have appeared again, but her episode, although very monotonous and random, was very necessary for Eleven's journey as a character. Also, she indirectly helped Eleven close the Mothergate.

Agreed 100%. Also, we don't actually have evidence that they're inherently carnivores, it appears that they actually feed on weird eggs that are found in the Upside Down; they may have just become carnivorous because Vecna used the Mind Flayer to make them carnivorous.

Steve is one of my favorites but I do find him a little overrated, and I agree with pretty much everything else
