Don't get me wrong -- I love Max, but why bring her back if she's braindead? She probably won't wake up.

Brenner should've stayed dead. He is a bad person, but not worse than Billy or Neil.

@LuLuBell0770 Brenner is the only character till now to have a fake death in earlier season and confirmed death(?) in a later season. He had a fake death in S1E8 but was proven to be alive in S4E4 and then dying in S4E8.

You know, I actually liked Brenner's "coming back alive" arc. Not exactly that one arc itself but the plot that came along with it. His real death in S4E8 was so much more realistic and emotional, as he finally fulfilled his job in the series and his character was complete when he passed away. Probably an unpopular opinion, but Brenner's death scene was my favorite out of all the death scenes throughout Stranger Things. It had the perfect amount of realism and emotion. It was perfect.
