Max’s “death” felt real to me, but Hopper’s fake death was really good. It was tearjerking and I was really upset about it until they released the trailer for S4-it took longer to prove that it was fake, and Hopper is one of my favorite characters-which is why I think it was better. Max was alive again about five minutes after she died, so it didn’t hurt as much.

Not sure if anyone cared about Brenner, though might've shocked some people when he did come back

Max made me feel pretty sad, though subverted when she came back thanks to the power of friendship. Pretty stupid bringing her back

I'd say Hopper. When he 'died' I was on the verge of tears. But, when I saw him onscreen, I was so happy.
