While this might be true for most people, it's definetly not fir me. I know that Billy is an evil character, but after season 3 and seeing how badly he was treated in both seasons by his dad, I understand why he acts like he does, so I kind of feel bad for him. I don't really even find him attractive.

Kinda sad that people like characters/people solely on their looks and not actions

It's all his shirtless scenes by the pool. They took note of people's reactions after Season 3, and implemented similar scenes with Steve in Season 4. But at least with him, we have a praise-worthy hero, unlike the unhinged jerk that Billy is.

Steve is more handsome, sexy, attractive, kind, charismatic, brave, kindhearted, funny, humble and gentle.

Billy is just handsome and sexy.

And something that I didn't remember of Billy is that he made misogynistic comments 🚩
