Ngl I don't feel bad because Eleven hit Angela with a skate, maybe it wasn't the way, but Angela deserved it, she planned to humiliate her in front of everyone. The scene brought to her by the police is highly exaggerated, first of all because she is only a 14-year-old teenager, and they treat her like a dangerous criminal. hahahaha Obviously Eleven had to clarify the situation of what happened, but with a lawyer and someone responsible for her. Eleven had to be responsible for what she did, but sending her to prison for this is stupid. Obviously everything was a setup to go looking for her, but let's think that if this were real, they treated her badly because she is a 14-year-old girl who has not committed any crime before. Even Joyce would have problems because he left them alone.

Then Angela says the the roller rink ‘Sorry you can’t cry to a teacher, i guess you’ll have to cry to your dad instead, oh wait, can’t do that either’. That is the nastiest thing to say to someone. Like Hopper didn’t want to ‘die’ but Angela’s dad probably left for the milk.

I think that Eleven absolutely needed to face consequences for her actions, as what she did was wrong. But I'm not sure arresting a 14-year-old without the presence of her guardian was the right decision either. I think they should have made a bigger effort to contact Joyce or another trusted adult, rather than taking her off to prison without informing them.

I agree.....If Jane were to to tell someone about the bullying, things would've been totally different.

I mean whether or not she should have and deserved to be are different things. Course angela had it coming but eleven did assault someone then proceed to say nothing. Then again, joyce wasnt there and the cops cuffing her reading her rights was a bit extra.
