@UpChurch i can agree, it could have worked even if it was just half the episode.

@Ringoisking I can understand. Yes they could have used the time to improve the characters or could have even did a half episode only of Kali's gang. Yeah the way Kali treated others was not good. The placement was ok. It gave some time and created the suspense for the E8, which was Gold. It just took the mood of the show in a different way.

I just don't think that it fits in that good and me personally I don't really like Kali and her gang

It was just that it didn't really add anything to the story and like @UpChurch said,it felt misplaced

I didn't care for Kali's gang- that's my only opinion-

I really didn’t like the episode that much because of the gang, they were so annoying, and yes I was practically terrified about what would happen at the lab with the Demodogs

I actually like this episode minus the whole never finished clif hanger

I actually love The Lost Sister, it’s one of my favorite ST episodes. It had lots of Eleven character development, Kali was an interesting character that I could relate to a bit, and it was great to have an episode focused solely on one character instead of focusing on 9 in one episode. It gives more time to develop one character and focus on one storyline. To be honest, no offense but I don’t really get why Kali never appearing again has anything to do with why Kali is a bad character or why The Lost Sister is a bad episode. In many tv shows there are characters who appear once and never appear again, and people don’t have a problem with them. I think a character should be judged by their personality and actions in the episode they’re in, not by how they don’t appear in any other episodes. Because appearing more than once isn’t a requirement for a character to be a good character. Just my opinion though.
