If billy never died max wouldnt hsve fslledd into a depresdion and would never have been caught by vecna, and maybe the crew couldnt stop vecns then, so that means bad things.

Anyways, if billy did never died, all the crew would, soo, we need his death.

If eleven never scaped the lab, mike would have never found her in the woods, will would have died, and the mind flayer would have never killed anyone. But vecna would still kill the teenagers, and the portals will be opened, and the crew would never know about the upside down

If El never died the Demogorgon would still be rampaging Hawkins. Dr. Brenner would escape Hawkins with Eleven & some of his agents. No one would close the Mothergate. Will would die, and the Mind Flayer & his army of Demogorgons & Demodogs would destroy Hawkins in 1984. Hawkins Lab would try to contain it but vines & tendrils would overcome it. There would be no need for the Flayed so Billy would be alive. The Party would still become friends with Max and Mike would be friendly with her from the start. Amidst all the chaos no one would ever know about the Russians under Starcourt, because no one would care about Starcourt. Most probably people would start to move out of Hawkins like at the end of season 4 but in a more frantic way because monsters would be running everywhere. Bob wouldn't die because they wouldn't be at the lab because Will wouldn't be alive in 1984. Officers Powell & Callahan would help Joyce, Hopper, the Party, their parents, Billy, Erica, Steve, Robin, Nancy, Jonathan, Dr. Owens, Bob, Flo & Dart would escape to Murray's. They would never care about Eddie, Jason, Chrissy, Fred or Patrick. The monsters would also pile through the Russian gate killing Alexei, Grigori, Stepanov, Ozerov, Zharkov and the others. Larry Kline would still be mayor and he would try to keep things under wraps but Demodogs would eat his face. Vecna wouldn't telekinetically kill anyone but he would have the Upside Down infest the entire world. The armies of the world would go into the Upside Down but would never be able to find Vecna in the Creel House. The Upside Down creatures would kill them all. Lt. Col. Sullivan would still be looking for Brenner & Eleven with his part of the army. No amount of nukes would be able to destroy the Upside Down. Kali would try to stop the Upside Down forces but she would fail and die. Sullivan would find Brenner & El eventually, and El would be drugged. So he would kill them both. I still think Karen is Henry's sister Alice, so she would try to reason with him. But he would kill her, then Mike, Nancy, Ted & Holly. The rest of the Party, their parents & siblings, Joyce, Jonathan, Hopper, Steve, Robin, Murray, Owens, Bob, Flo & everyone else except Dart would die eventually. Later, actually, Vecna would start Flaying people to expand his army. He would flay Heather, Tom, Bruce, Doris, Janet, and also Chrissy, Patrick and Fred. And as Jason is distraught about Chrissy & Patrick Vecna would Flay him too. Then they would melt into the Spider Monster as the proxy body for the Mind Flayer.

#1 - If Billy didn't die then Max would have been different and not down in the dumps a lot and she would have been still with Lucas. As for Billy not sure if he would have been a nicer person or if he would have been a jerk still

#2 - That means Brenner would have continued to run his operations there. The gate might not have been open under Starcourt mall

#3 - If Eleven didn't escape then Mike, Lucas and Dustin wouldn't been able to find Will and know where he was. Plus the Demogorgon would have been killing people still

#4 - If Starcourt Mall didn't burn down then the Gate would have still been opened. The Russians would have been active still. Hopper wouldn't have died. The Flayed would have still gone killing people

#5 - If Max never wakes up then I will be heartbroken forever and Lucas would be upset that happened to her
