Okay. A few takeaways:

This guy makes very good points. I do agree with him.

I never thought about that scene where Eddie goes on his rant from Jason’s perspective. This is intriguing, and yes, I agree, Eddie may have started it. Jason was minding his business.

Granted, Jason should not have sent his friend after Erica. That’s unacceptable.

The video focused on refuting the claim that Jason is racist. It didn't show much how Jason was a hero. Jason is racist? LOL. People really are coming up with BS excuses to hate him, lol.

Jason was making an effort to disprove the allegations that Chrissy had spoken with Eddie and was planning to buy drugs.

Jason, however, believed that this posed a serious threat, and he was determined to uphold and repair Chrissy's reputation. Given the satanic panic and everything terrible that had happened in Hawkins, I'm not surprised Jason and his friends took a vindictive and rebellious path. Jason organized a lynch mob to administer justice. Vigilantism occurs when judgements are drawn before the facts are examined.

Jason Carver is simply misguided; he is not a hero.

But I still like Jason. He hyped me up throughout the season.

I liked him, you just have to think from his point of view

I wouldn’t say that Jason is a hero but I would defend him when users say he is their most hated character or when they say that his death made them happy.
