Favourite scenes

What is one scenes from each season that you love

S1

For me, it would be Will returns. Everyone had done a lot to find him, and they thought for a few hours that be might be dead, but then they don’t give up hope and believe that he’s alive (im talking about you joyce) and after everything that they’ve been through, running from a creature, especially El “dying” it’s nice to see something good come out of it.

S2

I absolutely love El and hopper’s relationship, so my favourite scene is when we get to see El for the first time (she looks so cute with curly hair) dressed as a ghost and being all adorable. She then gets mad at Hopper for not letting her go but he makes it up to her by promising to come back and watch movie while eating candy. I had been waiting for an adorable interaction like this and it’s so cute when Hopp ruffles El’s her and she gives an endearing smile.

S3

I have a lot (most of them are El and Hopper scenes) but the last scenes when El tells Mike that she heard him is, just, so sweet. Also the scenes where El saves the Scoops Troop from the Russians. She looks b*tc*in. They all talk about the things that happened and they’re all like in so much sync and talk in a flow, it’s like they never parted. It shows their amazing friendship

S2

When El saves everyone from the demodogs. She looks so cool and she sees Mike and the part after a long time amd vice versa. It’s an emotional and a really power scenes. Along with when she closes the gate.

S3

When Mike confesses his love for El. ( Im a mileven shipper) they’re all just bickering about El’s powers and, bam, Mike drops the mic. Eleven comes out pretending to be clueless, but the clever girls knows everything.

S1

The flashback at Castle Byers. It's so sweet, but the context makes it ominous. My favourite shot of the entire season is when it returns to the present, inside Castle Byers looking out at Joyce and Jonathan shouting for Will, while the sheet hanging outside the fort's entrance flaps spookily.

S2

That's a tough one. Both scenes ya'll mentioned are awesome. I have to say Hopper and Eleven driving to HNL. It perfectly gives us this quiet moment before the climax, and it's just so nice to see these characters be vulnerable and open with one another.

S3

Easy. Nancy and Karen. What can I say, I love a good family bonding scene.

Man all of yours are great but here are mine:

S1

Season 1 is hard since I haven’t seen it in a while, but it probably has to be the scene where they see “will” dead in the quarry and they Joyce and Johnathan hug and then “heros” by peter Gabriel starts playing.

S2

The mileven part of me is saying the scene when eleven comes through the door and you can see all the emotions flood through mikes face. And then at the very start of the next episode he even starts going through the stages of grief (denial, anger etc...)

Another part of me wants to pick the scene when hopper goes in to the tunnels and the camera starts to spin almost like its signaling that were in apart of the upside down.

S3

Steve and robin’s interrogation and all of the shenanigans they pull once the escape from the russians. Not to mention robins coming out scene.
