She clearly would have known about the "fire" at Hawkins' Starcourt mall - it would have made some major headlines - we actually saw a headline in a paper in the last episode of Stranger Things 3. No reason to believe, however, that she has associated Dustin's radio request for Planck''s constant with the fire -- yet.

I agree with @Wickedwitchofwest .

I personally think that Suzie is a Russian and made Dustin sing the song so the Russian spy could catch up to Hopper and Joyce and attempt to stop them from breaking the machine that was opening the gate. But idk its just a theory.
