Welcome! It's unconfirmed, but I personally don't think there's enough evidence to prove he's gay. People gravitate towards Mike's line in Season 3 (as mentioned in the comment above), but to me, it was said in the context of growing up rather than as a debate about his sexuality. (Meaning, he just wants to stay a kid instead of finding a girlfriend.) But it's open to interpretation!
