As far as we know, Murray and Erica just got shifted into the main cast, so I don't think both of them will die. Maybe a new character like Alexei?
Could be Hopper or Joyce bc Joyce will probably be drawn into the stuff from the upside down bc of Will or Eleven
And Hopper could die from the Russians or stuff from the upside down
