I just read that mike and el might have a “scene” together. Of course not like that scenes in GOT but. Like Nancy and Jonathan in season two stranger Things. And also we don’t really know how old they are how much time there is between season 3 and 4. so what’s your opinion on it? Don’t hate just spread love and kindness. But tell your opinion!

Interesting discussion, but @Averhoes said it. The alleged spoilers where even posted on the fandom, and the page has since been taken down. I thought they could be real at the time, since quite a few details lined up with what we knew about ST4 through audition tapes, set photos and such, but this was just good research on the posters end.
One alleged spoiler was that Lucas was on the High School track team, when an audition tape for the character Jason revealed that Lucas was in fact on the basketball team. Another alleged spoiler said that Nancy was a Senior, when she's actually a Junior as ST4 takes place during March and possibly April 1986 (Nancy was Sophomore in 1984 as confirmed in World Turned Upside Down). So we can rule out that the spoilers where indeed false.
As far as the topic of teenager characters being too young to be depicted sexually, @Caitlyn Brown said it. Nancy was actually a Freshman in ST1, so it's been done. Whether or not the writers and actors think it's necessary for the characters and story, to have these scenes is up to them. If they do, it's obvious going to be tame and implied, as it has been done in the past.
I don't think we can confirm that Nancy was a Freshman in S1. Steve gives us an important piece of information in Season 2 that can help us determine their grades:
1 . Steve was applying to Notre Dame, making him a Senior in S2.
2. He toyed with the idea of being "around for [Nancy's] Senior year" (instead of college), making him a year older than she.
3. If Steve was a Senior, and Nancy was a grade behind him, Nancy is a Junior in S2.
4. Thus we can conclude that Nancy was a Sophomore in S1.
Being around for her Senior Year doesn't automatically mean that Steve is referring to next year. The implication works in that, Steve would be around for the remainder of Nancy's High School years and onward, if he doesn't get into college.
World Turned Upside Down has a Foreward by the Duffer Brothers, and is subtitled as the Official Behind the Scenes Companion. With how meticulous the production is to detail, I think getting Nancy's High School Year incorrect out of everyone elses, is highly unlikely. In WTUD the 1984 students are listed as: Steve (Senior), Jonathan (Junior), Nancy (Sophomore) and Barb (Sophomore), even though she is dead.
I thought the same thing as you at first, but it lines up that Nancy would be a Junior, and Jonathan a Senior or possibly a drop out by ST4. In ST3 Jonathan was more concerned then Nancy about losing the internship, since he was closer to graduating, so it would go to reason that Nancy was less so, because she had two more years to improve her college application.
