Well, every season introduces a new character that they kill off just as we begin to like them (Barb, Bob, Alexei) so a new character will probably die, I'm putting my money on Tom Wlaschiha's character.
If you are talking about returning characters, Jonathan and El are always prime candidates.
But I agree with @The345bob, I hope Tommy and Carol die ehehe.
