(Rewatched the episode recently and couldn’t help but notice) I’m not even talking about how beautiful she looks (well kinda). I’m talking about the fact that out of everyone, Jim Hopper dressed her like this, some could argue that maybe this was Nancy’s doing, but El didn’t arrive to the Ball until Hopper arrived, indicating that he drove her, if Nancy had dressed her like that, surely Nancy would’ve drove her to the dance. And I was even thinking that maybe the dress could’ve been Sara’s, but she was only 7 when Jim lost her, so her clothes would’ve been too small for her. So either Jim Hopper went out, possibly with Joyce but I like to think it was all him, and bought all of the makeup and clothes and came up with this, or he did just get it all from Nancy.
