If we're ignoring their friends then Richie, he's a much better fighter, but if they were allowed to bring they're friends then Mike, because he has Eleven.
I would like to say Mike, but honestly Richie. But if Eleven walked in on Mike and Richie fighting (assuming she didn't get them mixed up) Richie would be, like, dead.
